Creating Intersections: A systematic and person-centred harmonizing framework for housing individuals with FASD

This project marks the first step of many in the implementation and maintenance of meaningful housing service delivery and supports to better understand how to meet the needs of individuals with FASD. Our hope for the framework described in this document is twofold. First, that it empowers service providers in their efforts to support individuals in meaningful ways, and second, that it reflects the voices of individuals struggling to be housed.
