Mothercraft (Breaking the Cycle) FASD Diagnostic Clinic

Access to the Clinic is limited to children and mothers who are clients of Breaking the Cycle (BTC), a Community
Action Program for Children (CAPC)/Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) program serving pregnant
and/or parenting women with substance use problems, and their young children (birth – 6 years).

Anishnawbe Health Toronto

Provides assessment, diagnosis and support services to individuals and families where there has been pre-natal
exposure to alcohol and/or drugs.

Scarborough Child Development Program

Assessment services are available for children and youth residing in Scarborough, Region of Durham, Haliburton
County and City of Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland County, and Peterborough.
