The holidays can be a tricky time for those who have FASD and their support systems, and people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We have created a holiday toolkit with suggestions for affordable activities, mocktail recipes, reducing or declining alcohol, suggestions for managing sensory overload, and navigating alcohol conversations.
